About Me:
I've been a linux user since 1999, at that point dabbling in Red Hat and the obligatory updates through the fedora cores, but I still used Windows as my primary OS. In 2004, when Ubuntu made it's first beta release, I switched my laptop over to it, and started using it more and more, using Windows only for the internet, since my 56k modem wasn't linux friendly. When we finally got DSL in the area in 2005, my desktop got the switch as well, and Ubuntu became my primary OS, to the point where nowadays ever time I load up windows, I have at least 2 months worth of updates to install. I've also used Gentoo, Debain, SuSE, and a few dozen other distros, but none have stuck with me like Ubuntu.

My current slowly developing project is a CarPC, based on a Jetway J7F2WE1G, Gentoo linux, LinuxBIOS, and all inside a SNES case. More on that can be found on my blog.

Welcome Corey! It's great to see someone here who knows Ubuntu since that's what the newbies use, and I'm too deeply into the source built stuff to be of much use to them. Glad to have you on board.
